Hi Katie. It's truely up to you. If you find yourself becoming booked up and the process of booking, screening, etc. Is taking up time where you could be working, then it may be something to consider. Alot of the best Verified Providers have assistant S because booking and screening, if done RIGHT, to keep you safe, is very time consuming.
