I am looking for some type of private in-call; maybe a studio apartment or even a massage type studio. I provide sensual massage only so can pass off being a "masseuse" to any potential landlord, but I obviously still need it to be private and not office like, etc.
Obviously with a shower as well.
I don't know if this is realistic or not, but need it to be inner loop, not a shared space, my own space that I can rent.
