Do NOT isolate yourself...

Let that person go....

Talk to others....

Laugh with others...

Cry with others...

Most important..... Time

eating every thing in front of me

Things that are helping me but I will get back with you on if works long term:

Working out
picking up a new hobby
Volunteer work

Meeting new people

Hope this helps sweetie

As my dad once told me when a relationship ended with a GF of mine. He said son always remember, "Lose a nickel, lose a woman, all you lost was a nickel." Easy advice to give. Often difficult advice to follow.

One of the most powerful antidotes for lost pussy, is new pussy! Sex may not heal all wounds, but it will certainly dull the pain.

SNL... my heart is breaking for you right now. I know you need to cry and I won't tell you to stop.. but PLEASE reach out to someone to talk to. It looks like you and Naomi are close.. call her. U can always talk to me too but I figure you would rather talk to someone you actually know. Just don't go through it alone..please
