I was charged with a class B misdemeanor prostitution but ultimately dismissed. However, The prosecutor wanted blood and my lawyer had to fight very to get him to dismiss. Plus I got really lucky in how Travis County Sheriff mishandled the evidence. Anyway in the indictment it read, “In an effort to combat sex trafficking I was being charged with a Class B”. Those were some hard words being thrown my direction. I am not going to mention any names and do not PM either. There is a prosecutor in Travis County that handles most of the prostitution cases and let me just say he does not play around. In fact my lawyer had nothing but bad things to say about him. Supposedly, they had got into some yelling conversations and had to go to prosecutor’s supervisor to get it dismissed.Curious obviously you met with what you thought was a provider if you got busted. No names needed but Was she a well known provider and reputable provider off of eccie, oh2 or p411? I mean like not a new girl from the welcome wagon or a girl like off of bp, escort babylon, erotic monkey etc? Did she ask for specific screening infomation or she just went straight to setting up a date? Did she ask for references etc, did she try to discuss rates or services. Certain activities etc?
I was looking at this new Texas laws words and it says “If a person benefits from human tracking” they can be charged. I am not a lawyer but do not be surprised if that jack wagon down in Travis county court is looking to try this new law out. In fact I would be scared if arrested. One thing I learned about the Law, Treetop78759, and you have to understand this crystal clear is that JohnnyLaw gets to perform their duties how ever they want as long as they can show they"Believed" they were following the law. Notice I said "Believe". It is called qualified immunity if you do not know. Anyway, if you get arrested, Johnnylaw can have a potential criminal charge sitting over your head for the next couple of years(not fun by the way) until the courts try to make sense of JohnnyLaw's bullshit. Meanwhile you start to realize when you go up against Johnnylaw it is like going up against a prize fighter that has very little to loose, and you the accused have everything to loose.
People who knowingly see human trafficked sex slaves are terrible human beings so who really cares if they get arrested and their photo and personal information is blasted in the media?
Same with the hookers. It's pretty basic. Risk and reward.
Deal with it and stop whining.
Don't get caught with your pants down!
