i didnt make it to NWA as planned due to not enuff pre-booking. But they are telling me that the clients are reluctant to pre-book because the girls tend to not show. its a catch 22- im thinking of givin em another chance based on the guys that have promised me it will be worth it. u know who u are

I concur with Ginger. NWA is a very last minute type of place. I don't think the lack of pre-books are a reflection on you darlin'.

I think the reason why it's last minute is because most people don't know their schedule well enough in advance to be able to make a commitment, and they don't want to cause you conflict by saying they are going to make it on a certain day & time and then end up not being able to. They will just silently wait with their fingers crossed & hope it works out, and a lot of the time it does.

For those who do have predictable schedules, you can always offer them a "pre-book discount" – encouraging them to commit in advance for a better deal. That also helps offer you peace of mind, knowing that your trip will be paid for and anything else in addition is a bonus.

as much as i know it's unhelpful, most of the time it's a sudden opportunity for me.
so probably 70% of them go unused. or a bp adventure of desperation and usually regret.
