CBS pretty much reported essentially the same time line as Brett Baier except it seems that the second team had just arrived at the "diplomatic facility" when the deadly mortar attack occurred. It doesn't appear the second team actively participated in the defense of the "diplomatic facility." Would wager that Hicks misspoke under the stress and fatigue of the hearing about the exact time.
