New kid on the block

Providers keep saying they want references but I'm new and don't have any. So how does a new person get references? It's like trying to get a job they say I need experience but there's no way to get experience unless I get a job. LOL. Know what I mean?

Keep watching the ads. and sending PMs. Look for newbie friendly providers. They are out there. GL.
