I want to make sure I'm clear on how the reviews work in this forum. My understanding is that everyone, hobbyist and provider alike, can post reviews, see the entire review, and comment on reviews. That's what I hope it would be, anyway--there's way too much entertainment value and knowledge to be gained for anyone to be excluded.

Well, normal posting rules apply. You can only see the BCD notes if you have access. Otherwise everyone just gets to see the basic information.
The same reasons for exclusion of the ROS apply here as well. However, as you no doubt have seen, the poster may share as much, or little, info as possible with everyone by entering the information elsewhere in the review.
