Tesla Gigafactory next door to brothel

It looks like Tesla Motors might build their Gigafactory at the same general location as the Mustang Ranch. How long before the parking lot is filled with EV? How long before a Supercharger station is installed in the parking lot

It's right around five miles from the front gate to the brothel. Only two stop signs if they take the back roads, maybe quicker if they take I-80. Definitely within range of a Tesla.
