I need a shop to work on my truck.
I can do the work myself if I could use the lift and tools.
I have been working on my truck myself. I took off the driveshaft and have moved all the ujoints from the shaft but not the yoke. I have been letting it sit in BP hoping that it will slide out easily. Its not that easy to do without having a vice. Once I can get that done replacing the ujoints is easy. It will literally take me 5 minutes to put the driveshaft back on and ready to go. Didn't need the lift just a vice.
Gotcha I’ve got a vice mounted on my work truck and two in my shop. Also have a tool that works great with an impact to push out the ujoints. If they are factory original they will probably have a plastic retainer that needs to be cooked out with a torch. If I can be of help send me a pm hun
Thanks hunny, I actually just beat it out. I finished it up yesterday. I posted the video of me on my Twitter putting it back together
