I have experienced a breakdown of the php page on a couple of posts. Not sure what is causing it or how wide spread it is, but they recovered with an IE8 reframe and it looked like this:

It appears that not all of the packets from the server made it to your browser. This could have been caused by a number of things but it is usually indicative of a network issue. You may want to try and reset your cable/DSL modem and router.

Also,
- try clearing the cache from your browser to eliminate all remnants of your web history.
- and make sure your have the most up to date browser.
