Costa Rica in a few week

What up y’all! I’m from the DFW area. I used to review on here with another user name but now I just keep to my regulars back home. I do not review with this account. I’ll drop my old user name if you really want to know. I’ve been around I since the ASDP days.

I am traveling to CR in a few weeks and I’m looking for a to find a girl or 2 to hangout with while I’m there. I am fluent in Spanish. I’m not the type to go to bars. I’d rather be at home, smoke a cigar and drink some whiskey. Hot tub is great too. I’m looking to rent an Airbnb and have someone over. Any recommendations? Any shared info would be greatly appreciated. I’ve read info on here but I was looking for female recommendations if possible. I’ll be in San Jose and Jaco.
Register with Latinacupid.com and you can pre-meet ( qualify) your girls in advance !
Let me know which ones were your favorites for my next visit !

go to..... costa rica escorts wilas......mostly for San Jose.
In Jaco, go to Cocal or Oz Sports bar.
Rent a house with small pool and hopefully a safe. Some chicas will take anything that is not tied down. Do not pay upfront. If no security, be sure to take foto of chica and send to someone so u have something just in case. Be safe.

You might want to verify that the place you rent is chica friendly. Although legal, our activities are not accepted by all Ticos. If you don't find anything you like on the dating sites you can always go to Toarmina and take one back to your place. There will be numerous nice-looking chicas and you can get a vibe before committing.
If anyone has any good Airbnb chica friendly recommendations that would be awesome too. I’m trying to get all my research out of the way so that I can enjoy CR
So, in Jaco, the VistaMar is the best Condo as it is right there at the Cocal so it is super easy (almost too easy). I have also stayed at the Diamonte del Sol. They have like a 9pm to 2am guest policy which works nice as you get to play. Though I like girls in the AM, so it does not work for me. The last place I stayed was at the Palm on the North side. It has an open guest policy and is nice but is a long way away from the "action".
When you are on VRBO, just ask what their "unregistered guest" policy is. They know what you mean.
This is a great time for this thread since I'm planning a trip on April 4th thru the 11th. Starting in San Jose then going to Jaco to look at real-estate. Any input on the areas including good places to stay would be appreciated and reciprocated if I should purchase a place there and become an EXPAT!

The site is https://torresdelmar.cr/ (If this does not post, PM me). The condo is just a block off the ocean, but on my 6th floor I can see the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The tower 2 should be done in September and the tower 1 will be done around November. As for "guests", they are okay for owners, but renters will not be able to bring unregistered guests. That is basically the way in the south where it is a little calmer than main Jaco.

I have a good real estate agent if you want. I used them when I bought land down in Dominical (South Pacific CR) and also when getting this condo. Just let me know or PM me.
It loaded, thank you for the link. Yes, please PM me the agent's name and contact info. Would you mind sharing some price points?

Thank you!
I tried to PM you, but it seems you are out of space. Let me know when you get open for more PM.
Thanks, I have space open now.
This is great info guys, please share the costs and general locations for a permanent place, seems like a wise decision.

In this, there are a ton of places being built. I tend to want to see water, not a large place (want low utility cost) and in an area a bit away from the action, but close enough to stay in trouble/heaven... My agent is David Karr from Coldwell Banker. Really nice guy and helpful. It took awhile to find the one I wanted. If anyone wants his WhatsApp number, just PM me and I will share it.
