Why do women choose to be part of an agency on here?

Just wondering what the pros and cons of being part of an agency on here are.
I personally have messaged an agency twice and the first time it took a week to respond and the second time they never replied. I had another agency tell me to email them instead and they never replied to my email. I also notice agencies do not put much effort into showcases. Providing only one or two pics of someone (in many cases zero pics) is poor advertising when you see other showcases with 5 to 20 pics. On top of all that I have to imagine the agency gets a cut from each visitor. Either way I was just wondering because I don't see the big positives from my point of view if you have some input that would be great

Don't do agencies. Too many involved. Especially if they are in same location like SGBJ was.
