I agree but it's already been happening. First, there was the site in New Mexico was it? Southwest Companions? Huge bust and the owner was an university professor, if I remember right.

These steps will not prevent being busted. Courts look at the totality of the circumstances. Its far easier to get the conviction if parties are stupid but not impossible by any means.

If two people go into a room, start having sex and one leaves money behind, your going to get convicted. You would have to show the money was for some other legal service. That is how SD/SB get around prostitution laws.
