Visited the wynn several times and have often been approached and offered a good time. Never taken the the chance due to all I see about scams thefts le etc. Are any of these ladies legit? Visiting again soon and will have some free time on my hands.

Been to the Wynn over 15 times. Never been approached. So you been approached several times you must be hot and these women want you. I play in Vegas I never partake in casino approaches. I definitely would pre arrange dates rather than waiting on Wynn encounters.

Civie gals hunting at hotel bars is not uncommon.
Make sure you somehow do some screening, and have your own supplies.
My only surprise was when a national religious women's group had a convention, and one of the bartenders shot down over a dozen enquires over a weekend.

Some are legit, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to connect this way if you haven’t done it before. Picking a safe provider in this type of situation is a specialized skill. There are plenty of well-reviewed & reputable ladies here; why seek out potential risks?
