Stickies?

Would it be possible to make stickies for common ISOs like newbie friendly and AA friendly?

The Houston staff experimented with that a while back but it turned out to be a haven for infractions.

I remember the 'short notice availability' sticky thread fiasco and how a bunch of simpletons couldn't follow a few simple rules and ruined it for everyone. I didn't mean like an ongoing thread with clients posting endless ISOs and providers responding to each and every one. I meant more like 2 lists-1 for newbie-friendly providers and 1 for AA-friendly providers-to add their name to once, nothing more.

More than likely it would end up just like the previous short notice sticky...
