Why it is useless to buy or review for PA

I see no use for me or any male to buy or review for PA credit.

They would be better off on there own for many reasons. I vote yes duh.

I thought about it and ALBANY would be better off on their own.
A lot of the reviews from that area don't do me too much good.
Those ladies almost never visit Buffalo or Rochester.The locals stay in that area and the traveling providers visit either here or there. Very few travel to both.
