Banned handles return?

Is it permissible for someone who got banned (presumably for linking RW info to a forum member) to come back under a new handle? I understand for some it may not be so obvious about who the new incarnation is, but others it seems obvious.

Okay, JR, enough is enough. You're having a bad day!

I assisted this lady with the age verification and VP process (when that was the thing prior to the re-launch of this site) when she originally joined and I can attest that she has NEVER had a different handle on this site or any other. This is her first foray into this endeavor.

I find it hilariously ironic that you, of all people, are calling out girls for changing names! Got yourself banned and then roar back with a new handle!

I recommend you give it a rest...the name changing accustions, unless you have SOLID proof.

Hint...I am watching you!

Fsn,
I give your question 4 out of 5 popcorns. 3 for valid question, and an extra for the entertainment value.
#17 - Multiple handles are not permitted, unless in certain circumstances are expressly approved by staff in advance on a case-by-case basis. Action will be taken in cases where staff finds multiple handles are being used for deceptive reasons, to carry out an agenda (promotion or trashing of another), or to return to the board following a previous suspension or ban.

As the guidelines states, the site does not allow multiple handles. When detected, the new handle is banned permanently and the original handle receives an additional 90 day ban.

If however, one is able to hide a second or third or more accounts from the software used to detect said handles (as JR, Copter and others have done), there is not much we can do except to continuously bring up the previous name so all are aware of what is happening.

To me, it is the truly conniving and potentially dangerous member who feels the need to create new identities allowing him or her to hide from previous behaviors. Does that sound like anyone you know?

Thank you for the explanation Scorpio.
Now we're at 5 of 5 popcorns.
Well I hope JRs last post in Jen's encounter gets him some points because it is certainly off topic. All the responses to his moronic posts before it were there to clarify his stupid post was incorrect.

He also basically admitted he is JR. From him keeping a database of girls information, loose lips about private info, and continued moronic posts trying to put 2 and 2 together only to come up with fart noises as the answer this community would be better without him.

Hahhahhhahha
You love having me around for your drama parties.
Oh by the way I’m not posting anything in private anymore, because you guys gossip like high school girls.
So have at it my friends.
I don’t think this site will last much longer anyways.
But I’ll stay on here until it disappears. Originally Posted by KCwildbill

The Highland Park bottle is long gone. The gals went through that quickly.

But seriously, an outright confession should be vacation worthy.
