Question on ECCIE Rules of Posting ROS and ML Info

Just trying to see where the spirit and letter of the law part ways.

So is it within the rules (based on date and time stamp) to 1.) share details of a sexual encounter before writing a review and 2.) share something in COED before mirroring it in the Men's Forum. How can you reveal content of a ROS if it was revealed publicly prior to the review or how can you share contents of the ML if it was shared in COED prior?

PS: Don't judge me. Just want to test the bounds of law since since we all obviously love to break laws. In the words of Lonzo from the movie Training Day: "It's not what you know it's what you can prove."
