Denied for Penis Size?

Couple of weeks ago I got denied by a provider once she asked my penis size. Has this ever happened to any of you guys and Providers do you do this often? Im not huge or anything. I feel like im average but I sent a pic of it and she said no lol I really wanted her too! Dammit! Well let me know if this is common
