A little bit of help

Hello I'm coming down this weekend and I'm trying to figure out where I can let everyone know when and how long I be there. but to let the guys know that I'll be coming down from this date to this date and everything like that do I have to post and the provider's lineup or do I do introductions I'm just want to get it out there and have my so I can start pre booking if anybody can help me I'd really appreciate it thank you.
