In New Orleans. Its where ever you can walk..LOL mainly French quarters at night.
In Austin most hood areas have them but 6th street you can find them too.
Miami 9th street and Washington or Coconut Grove
Los Angeles California Fox Hills mall and of course Holly Wood Blvd
