Ya know, its pretty sad when they'll do this yet I was never able to sit & eat lunch between my stops at Boyce Park or other parks without some old man asking me if I wanted to "fool around".

They consider prostitutes trafficking victims...so I am only guessing but this would probably aim to add clients to the list as well.

This legislation is stupid. It should simply say Kim Ward is the Sex Czar and if you do anything Kim doesn't like, MANDATORY 100 YEAR PRISON SENTENCE.
