Who rates the threads and what is the criteria?

I am guessing the star ratings on the threads in the sandbox? Those are voted on by users to knowledge and can be voted but clicking the rate thread drop down UI on the desktop interface of the site.

Thanks….I was always curious how the ratings happen.

Just look on the top right hand side of this thread. You’ll see gold stars. Just tap on it and it gives you options. Anyone can rate any thread.

occasionally I will upvote posts in the sandbox section just to be a dick. heh
