I am posting this because I was told that I had to officially dispute the review versus, just saying---"Hey this is Avery"...I am also requesting the abusive information from UPSMANS other threads be removed about me. These are in google searches and have affected my calls and the types of clients I generate. These also attack my professional name and personal character based on his opinion of my ads and my rates.
His review is false. I am not into BDSM. I am letting it be known here. In the following summary, I give an account to what happened. Including his 1 hour appointment that turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes, his indiscrete discussion of our private session in front of the apartment manager and his lack of payment to me as well as his claims that my pics are of a younger me.
Over 1400 people have seen this review within the last day and a half versus my simple thread here. The intergrity of eccie reviews would be improved if there were a section were we could review the client as well as put our side of the story. I am respectfully, requesting this review to be moderated/removed or what ever action/option is given to rectify the false statements.
Judging from his (UPSMAN) continuous viewing on my ads, and following (cyberstalking/cyberbullying-affirmed after his opposite review of what was said and what actually happened) of my online activity.
For my future safety, again, I am putting it here in writing to eccie, that it be removed.

#24 - Disputed reviews will not be removed by staff unless the request is made by the thread starter. In situations such as this, the proper protocol for addressing a review in question is to post a rebuttal to the review in that city forum's coed discussions area.
Staff will be happy to do some basic investigation to confirm the validity of such reviews, however removal will only take place when requested by the thread-starter or in extreme cases where it has been proven false, there is an admission by the reviewer that the review is indeed false, or the reviewer failed to cooperate with staff's efforts to confirm validity.
In cases where a reviewer is found to have posted a review of a session which did not take place, or posted blatantly false information within a review, the reviewer will be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of staff, which could lead to loss of posting privileges.
Along those same lines, if the reviewed party is found to be making false or inaccurate claims to staff in an attempt to trigger staff action against a reviewer or the removal of a review, that party will also be subject to consequences, up to or including temporary or permanent loss of account access. These measures exist to preserve the integrity of the information posted in our review forums, and will be taken when these circumstances exist.
REASON FOR DISPUTE, His review provides false information. I attempted to politely and respectfully respond to his review-where it was started because of so many views it generated. I was informed to address in the coed forum. If there is something else lacking in the process please let me know.

Before, I start let me say I am going to attempt to address each point in the most concise manner
(Keep in mind, you (UPS guy and others) have left several posts about my ads and rates……”wordy ads”—backpage only allows users 50 spaces or less. Veteran providers have page long profiles because they have been posting for many years.
I have been back and forth on creating a website to help with inquiries. Creating a website would help with inquiries but it also requires maintenance to which, it’s easier to just write a 5 min blog. By the way I change the number I use on Backpage for privacy reasons….. because of spam. There are blogs out there that I have NOT written talking about dropping clients. Also photos that are not mine..)
First point….you said I was trying to get business with a review.
I have gone nearly a year with a no review policy.
I would also like to ad, despite the threads that were generated about me from you…critiquing my creative spirited ads….I still had clients call.

I implemented the $2500 retainer fee for daily contact and calls. I later learned which callers were pimps and providers boyfriends because their calls stopped.
My real clients offered to pay the retainer, in between their weekly and bi weekly appointments. [**I discussed this in my ad.
I also discussed my reason for charging $400 an hour for fetish roleplay. By the way for fetish roleplay readers, I only book once every 3-4 weeks and this is with long-term clients that I already know and trust. The rate has changed please inquire.]

My calls changed. I started to get higher end clients. This also opened the dialogue for long-term arrangements. With it being summer, I began to travel, **working vacation with clients. (You and I discussed this, after you asked why my ads became less frequent.
I told you how long-term arrangements were fine at first, until I was given ultimatums…**I think part of this was because of the fetish role play aspect of your thread. I started to attract not just leaders, but dominant leaders.
Although, the arrangments were semiexclusive, meaning it was agreed before hand that we would both potentially be seeing others, I was given ultimatums—“I will not see you again until you leave the industry” or “I want you to drop your orginial clients”

For readers I have a legitimate review under my original number 972-595-2237. It is from an original long term client that posted it after I had a bad experience. The longer, I do this, the more I realize the importance of screening. I asked my client for a review because it’s only fair for me to have a review out there about me and my services, if I ask for your reference information.
What else? You asked what school I went to, if I was ever married…and again more than once if I could do more than a bodyrub with you. Again, to prevent any more confusion, I am not fullservice.
