What I find funny is on the north end of that strip center according to Google maps is a bar called "Sportin Woody's"

This might be the trifecta... you have a bar to hang out in, drink, stroll down to massage place.. and right next door is "Sizzling brew & breakfast" so you can relax. Another reason the cop might be there is in that same center is a doughnut shop.
