Does anybody know of provider friendly landlords with homes for rent within an hour of Baton Rouge?? I would not be using it as an incall whatsoever, this would be my family space. Looking asap. Any assistance in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! If i cant discuss this here, please advise where to post... Thank you!

I knew a stripper that took guys home at the end of her shift for extra money and performed for bachelor parties in her apartment, she had a friendly landlord that visited the gentleman's club while she was working.
Liberal Landlords can be found on Craigslist in the, housing wanting advertising.

So, just be a good tenant & don’t steal

I agree. The only thing I can think of is a landlord who would be willing to trade rent for services. That WOULD be provider friendly, but not likely to happen.

I've actually thought about buying a property strictly for that

I took applications for a rent house a few months back and one applicant was a dancer at Gold Club. Very tempting but I did thought of activities she would bring home at 2:00am and problems with neighbors so I passed. I’d consider a provider because it would probably be better. However if a provider was continually late with rent and offered services it could get to be a habit that would be fun for awhile but could be a mess if she wanted to take advantage of the situation. I prefer to keep business separate from the hobby. But the fantasy of having a hobby house is appealing. It would have to be a provider I know well and trust. Maybe a provider who sub-rents a room by the hour??? I’m not there yet but I do think about.

I was the only on of her tenants there who paid the rent early or on time. When I was moving she said to me "Are you sure babe, you are the only one who pays the rent on time". Funny thing she never kicked the others out even if they were a month behind or so.

I was quiet and respectful. My neighbors always had a party every weekend and the walls were thin. Soooo I couldn't sleep most weekends. And clients didn't come over then either.

I wished I still had it as a work space. Lot's of potential for work when I lived there.
