Uber or cabs

Making a trip to Pittsburgh and never been. Uber fairly reliable or better off with a cab?

Yellow cab is now Z-trip (there’s an app)… or at least it was.. Uber is most reliable.. although I have been lucky a few times and was able to flag down a Z-trip

Uber is cheeper unless it is heavily surging.
