How can we get a chat for just Louisiana hobbyists, Providers and other parties?

One way to attempt a chat is to ask the question.
We have an ECCIE chat already but one strictly for Louisiana IMHO would not have enough users on it at any given time but again maybe I am wrong. If I hear from some of you and there is interest I can look into it and pass it along. let me know.

I use the regular chat and have never seen anyone there who wasn't from KS, OK, or TX.
