Where do you draw the line

In another thread it is revealed that a owner of a SOB showed video of a customer to another customer, did that cross the line or not.

Just about every SOB in the Country employs video to protect themselves against crime or frivolous law suits, keeping them private unless subpoenaed is a smart practice, sharing them with other customers is plain stupid.

Would knowing this keep you away from such SOB.

In general one business should never share security footage with a customer, even if the footage involves the customer. I say that as a manager of a restaurant. The consequences can be pretty severe depending on the circumstances. But I must ask, in this context, what is a SOB?

SOB is Sexualy Oriented Business ie: Strip Club, Spa, Adult Bookstore etc.

There's more taping of shit going on in this hobby than anyone can guess.

It's like the risk of an STD. Sure the tapes are out there but no one ever believes that they will catch an STD and none of the people on video ever believe that recording will ever be used so both sides pretend it doesn't exist.

The tape should never be shared with ANYONE who does not have a legitiment business need to see them. And an employee who gets access has no business revieling that information to anyone outside of the people involved.

Managment needs to step in and verify what actualy happened and how they are going to protect their customers privicy going forward. Until then, you would have to be crazy to go there or not care at all that your info is being given to the general public.

You mean those videos loaded to XVideo are REAL?! I'm pretty sure I have been caught on tape at one establishment or another. What I want to know is can I get a copy?
