OSD emails me a question he wants ta ask

The question is Edit GL#9

So I told him that while a review can be approved for the reviewer and PA access given.... AND... the review CAN be assigned to a provider at the same time.... that isn't always what happens as it is two separate processes.

So if that is correct...
