The Guidelines for those topics deal with the revealing of; OR, the speculation of a Drug or Health issue. It also includes a general discussion of illicit drugs.
In the context that you wish to post it, I do not see it as being a violation of the Guidelines.
Although, I do not immediately see the benefit of making such an announcement.
Until otherwise informed by upper management, I see no reason that would stop you from making such a pronouncement in your Ads.
