In need of a computer guy

HI guys,
I know there are some techies out there!! I recently purchased a new MacBook and have to factory reset the old one. I cannot figure out how to do it. I'm here in New Orleans this week & need to get sold MacBook to new owner.

is there anyone who might be able to help?
