How do I see who likes posts?

Thanks for the...um..."help" gents.
Shannah, the "likes" mean very little here and are nothing like FB. Nor can you see who clicked the button.

Sometimes it looks to me, anyway, that "likes" are automatically put in by human hand or the site's software.

Often I'll see a thread that has 1 or 2 likes put into, most times, every single post contained within the thread. The tip off is the uniformity.

If I'm imagining this; I'm open to enlightenment.

YouTube has both Likes and Dislikes.
