Uploading pics to Showcase

Hello,
I have been a member on this site for years now and have never had this problem. I am trying to post new photos on to my showcase, yet every time I choose a pic and click upload nothing happens. It just saves the showcase and doesn't upload the new pic. This will be the 5th time i have asked for help with this problem. Please help me! My client are waiting for my new pics!
