I don't know if there's some new directive, but I've had recently the same at another place.

Happened to me at Tai Mt. in CR before the covid era. There were 2 MTs and I initially got the far more attractive one. Some guy rolled in 10min in and demanded to see the MT who was already playing with my balls. I overheard him double the house rate just to see her. They switched and I’ve not been back.
