References are not being given !!

Hey eccie fellas you all need to understand all these new girls are not giving references!
7 out of 7 references given to me this week didnt respond at all !
I am almost Total screening at this point .
I Refuse to let these non friendly providers infringe on MY BUSINESS!

Just my opinion, if a provider requires a reference then that provider should be willing to give a reference if asked to do so. Anyone I use as reference has had no problem with doing so. Also no problem with any provider asking for references either. We all need to be safe and as comfortable as possible.
