City-Girls companions jumping ship?

I became a member of city-girls a couple of weeks ago, and a few of the planned visitors to Kansas City cancelled. We don't have a whole lot come here anyway. Now I've noticed that the number of girls isn't on their overall list has been nearly cut in half. Is this just the normal revolving door of the business, or is something wrong?

I'm visiting KC soon. Is City-Girls an agency or a site? A high turn over rate of employees can a lot of times be indicative of poor management but it might also just be a lot of girls signed up at about the same time (say, if the company did an ad campaign/recruiting) and met their earning goals so they're just moving on. If the company doesn't keep up with recruiting regularly, there can be tides of employees. It happened with waitresses when I was a waitress.
