Account screwed with

I sent you an email on this one but I had a word logger on my PC.. Intentionally placed. Long story.. Several accounts were screwed with. Emails changed, pass, etc. You can see I haven't logged in for a while. I need to restore the old account. I can provide my old original email and then reset pass. Please let me know what steps I need to take. This hit me across a few areas.
