College athletes as employees

Today's NLRB ruling could be a game-changer for big-time college sports:

It will be a game changer for sure but I can't predict if good or bad. I certainly do not hold anything against the players. Good for them.
Parity will now be very difficult to maintain and I bet many smaller schools drop their football programs.
