Where did all the Cubans come from?

Went to Palazios for the first time in years and it seemed like half the girls were Cubans. Anyone have any luck with them? They were really pushy for the money.

From the few I’ve met at XTC, they are coming over from Miami, FL. Not sure why they are coming to Austin though.
