I am kinda new here and I live in Ohio so I am not totally fanimliar with the Arkansas way of doing things.
Are your escort agencies "screened" by ECCIE?
Does Abracadabra, Rachel, Dimond International, and Bright City Nights run a safe and clean outfit, or are they just hit and miss with the ladies they provide?

HH, eccie in no way "screens" the agencies,,, the membership actually does that and their findings are posted in the review forums.

Abracadabra, on the other hand, is a quality agency. I know the owner personally. Highly recommended.

I personally don't use an agency and would rather deal with a known independant provider that make their own rules. But that's my comfort zone and everyone is different.
