Asking for that kind of help and being a new provider is a bit odd for your business.

No it's not sweetie. Close mouths don't get feed and asking for advice is not an issue. So why is it yours? Did I offend you in anyway?

Let me chime in from personal experience. If your looking for a good attorney, you might start by finding one who is board certified in what ever area you need help with. Then pay him or her to help you. Don't try to trade or barter. Do whatever it takes to come up with the attorney's fees.
