Another Douchbag of the Week

Reince Priebus has announced that unless CNN and NBC pull their support for an upcoming movie bio on Hillary Clinton starring Diane Lane, the Republican National Committee will not let those networks broadcast the GOP presidential debates in 2016.

Shit, given some of the pathetic and idiotic debate performances we saw from the GOP candidates last go-round, you've got to wonder if the GOP truly hopes that the networks tell them to fuck off. It could've been President Rick Perry without the entire nation seeing him go full retard during his "Oops" moment debate.

Fucking GOP crybabies. I hope CNN and NBC have the stones to tell Reince douchebag to shove it.

He's doing his job. He has a job unlike most of the taking coalition in the Democratic/progressive/socialist/trade-union party. Whether or not you like the strength of the GOP candidates, you have to respect basic rules of law, not the law of the jungle and lawlessness promulgated by the Democratic Party-Entertainment Industry cooperative. What is surprising is that the Federal Election Commission has not stepped in to put the propaganda arm of the Democrats on notice that this potential broadcast would trigger equal time requirements. This show would be BLATANT campaigning for Hitlary. She will probably need it when more of the truth comes out about her ineptitude as Secretary of State or her pardon brokering in the waning days of the Clinton regime.

Frankly, as much shit as the woman has been through, the scandals (remember a REAL scandal? Back in the good old days of Bill Clinton?) and everything else, it seems to me there is an even chance that a movie about her life might do her more harm than good.

The point is that writing a letter to these networks threatening to blackmail them is a typically douchebag GOP thing to do, fuck Priebus and fuck his job. Although, as I indicated in the OP, given the line-up of radically stupid wingnuts that the Republicans will be fielding in 2016, voters not seeing them debate might be the best thing the GOP could hope for.

Now they are wanting their own form of sensorship. If some Hollywood producer wishes to make a doc about Hillary, let him. My hope would be that he tells the whole story, which as you indicated, isn't that flattering.

Hillary will probably be the next President. Not because she is worth a shit, but because she has the biggest trump card in her deck anyone could hope for. She is Mrs. Bill Clinton.

That gets her 52 percent without her even signing up.

Timmie fucks up again. Priebus does not represent conservative thought and never has. The conservative vote went to his opponent. You should do some fact checking Timmie before looking like a fool. Having said that, there is no requirement that any network be invited to a debate. You are trying to make a case about nothing. After Candie did last year her and her ilk should not be invited at all for violating agreed upon rules for the debates. If you don't hold these people accountable then they won't stop. Remember 2000 when they called the election wrong an hour before the polls closed in western Florida. Thousands of votes were never cast because they had been told the election was over an hour earlier.
Looks to me like you're the one who is fucking up Professor. Where did I post that Priebus represents conservative thought? And please point out what facts I posted that are incorrect?

I'll wait while you ponder these questions sitting on a stool in the corner of your classroom with your duncecap on. I guess you get all confused when posting drunk at 3:37 in the a.m.

The implication is there though you were careful not to come out and say it directly. Watching too much politics? FYI, I don't drink. A career in the military and I never learned to drink coffee, use liquor, smoke (anything), or get some part of my body tattoo'd.

So, what is he Professor? Are you saying, or trying to say, that the Chairman of the RNC is a liberal? A progressive?

Oh wait. I get it. You're saying he is not a mouth-breathing right-wing whackjob like you....right? Insufficiently conservative, I guess would be another way of putting it.

The next time you post something up about me being wrong, bring a better ground game fuckface.

Unlike you I will say it directly; Rance Preibus is an establishment republican that just wants to be elected. Once elected (his people and party) they will send the money to their friends and make motions about fixing problems. He and his clients (Boehner, McDonnell, Cantor) have nothing but distain for the people who got them their power. Instead of standing back and wondering why the Tea Party won't send money or show obvious support they (Preibus) continue to send out more copies of funding requests and disrepectful comments about patriots.

No implication. Rance Preibus only reflects the concerns of the conservative base when it advantages him (and party) or by accident.

Reminds me of a story of a man walking in the wilderness. He is passed by a man on a poorly horse. He asks the horseman for a ride since they are going the same way. In this way the walking man moves down the trail faster than on foot. At a parting of the ways the walking man starts to bad mouth the poor horse and his owner.

SAN DIEGO - San Diego Mayor Bob Filner's chief of staff confirmed to 10News that the mayor began his therapy a week early and has already completed the program, but a statement from his attorneys said he will finish his therapy Saturday.

On Friday afternoon, Chief of Staff Lee Burdick told 10News reporter Allison Ash that Filner began his two weeks of "intensive" therapy one week earlier due to "intense media coverage."

In a press conference in late July, Filner said he would begin his two-week therapy session on August 5.

He was originally scheduled to come back to work August 19, but Filner is reportedly coming back to San Diego Friday.

When asked, Burdick did not say when the mayor would return.

However, in a statement from Filner's attorneys obtained by 10News noted that the mayor would "complete his voluntary, two-week intensive treatment program on August 10."

The statement from Payne & Fears LLP went on to say, "Upon completion of the treatment program, Mayor Filner is planning to continue therapy sessions on an outpatient basis."

According to the attorneys, Filner will be "taking personal time next week and will be unavailable for comment."

Multiple sources told 10News that the locks at the mayor's office have been changed.

Filner has been accused of unwanted advances by 14 women, including two city employees and military veterans who were speaking at an event for females raped while in the armed forces. Some of the women said he tried to kiss and grope them.

Former mayoral communications director Irene McCormack Jackson has sued Filner and the city. A manager who only used her first name of Stacy, has lodged two complaints but has not filed a lawsuit.

He has rebuffed numerous calls for his resignation from political and business leaders, including all nine members of the City Council, the San Diego County Democratic Party Central Committee, former Mayor Jerry Sanders, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Assembly Speaker John Perez, D-Los Angeles and Senate Majority Leader Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento.

Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., sent an open letter Friday calling for Filner to resign and seek treatment as a private citizen.

"The latest revelations regarding your behavior toward women recovering from sexual assault -- women who desperately need our help -- have shaken me to my core," wrote Boxer, who posted the letter on her website.

The senator noted that she had previously called for Filner to step down because of "the shocking revelations" about the former congressman's behavior toward women.

"But now I must say this directly to you: Bob, you must resign because you have betrayed the trust of the women you have victimized, the San Diegans you represent and the people you have worked with throughout your decades in public life," Boxer wrote.

She said they've known each other a long time, and was speaking to him "on a personal and professional level."

Opps sorry wrong thread. But, Filners good to go...LOL
