I think a helicopter car would've been a little more practical for escaping bumper-to-bumper rush hour.

They are looking into flying cars that drive themselves. Once perfected I would guess no pilot license.

I can drive faster than the max airspeed on that thing, I did today my little turbo is going to get me in trouble.
