I was perusing a corner of the internet's adult content, and I saw an ad for a device called the Aneros. The Aneros is a device that's inserted into the male anus and is curved in a way that it will likely touch the average man's prostate. There are instructions for use on the website. There and in a few other places I've seen, there's been description of the prostatic orgasm; this orgasm is allegedly very long-lasting, described sometimes as less and sometimes as more powerful than the orgasm from penile stimulation. It's not clear if there's necessarily ejaculation with prostatic orgasm. There's also some hint that it's something that has to be learned.

It is a fact! The easiest way to explain it is that you are directly stimulating the gland that produces the orgasm. For me it feels wonderful. The orgasm is very intense and the amount of ejaculate is greater although it oozes out rather than the normal shooting which occurs from penile orgasms. If your timid about trying it, start slowly by rubbing your perinium and sphincter until you begin to open. Use pleanty of lube and use a finger first. As you insert, gently hook your finger into a come here motion. The small walnut sized bump you feel is what your looking for. Be gentle and massage the area around it first before applying pressure directly to the prostate. As your body gets used to it, you can apply more pressure until orgasm is achieved. It depends. Some of us can come with no penile stimulus but most require some at first. As you become more comfortable with touching your prostate you may find you can come without even having an erection. This has been my experience but I suspect it's different for each if us.
