the only one i know about is Tokyo Spa on plano rd between LBJ and Miller Rd (south and opposite side of plano rd from PT's Gold Room).
last time i was in there was mooooooons ago. quality is not as good as the harry hines, walnut hill, emerald amps, but decent.

they only have 1 hr appts - standard 60 + 140 fees.
