There seems to be some confusion as to how to post a link to an ad. The following are the instructions on how to do it.
When you do a post and want information on a certain ad on craigslist or backpage it is really quite simple.

While you are on the ad, go to the top of your browser where you see the address of the ad

1. Hi-light the address by clicking on it in the browser address line at the top of the page, it will hi-light when you click on it once
2. using your mouse, right click
3. choose copy using the left button of the mouse
4. Go to the forum to do the post
5. using your mouse, right click then choose paste
Your link to the ad will appear. Sometimes it will be a shorter version of the actual address but it will still work.
