There are some interesting provisions.

Some it might work for a Master/slave total power exchange relationship, but this guy doesn't seem to know what he wants--he contradicts himself. Also, there's way too much bookkeeping involved.

There are much better M/s contracts out there. From what I can tell, I don't consider this person to be a "master"... he just wants kinky sex.

He certainly wouldn't be accepted by the local community. What he did/wants to do smacks of abuse and not SSC/RACK.
