Actually, they do! .........Sort of.
You can rent a room at terminal D to catch a few winks. Not sure how easy it would be to discreetly pull off a little play time. It is within security, so that would pose a problem as well.

Nothing like having 2-3 hour layover time at an airport, with nothing to do.
